Big Five

Cape Buffalo – Tshipise Safaris has one of the largest resident herds in South Africa. We offer 7 & 10 day hunts for Cape Buffalo. On average our bulls range well over 40 inches. In the past few years we have taken several Cape Buffalo over 44” & 45”.

Elephant – Clients have taken some of the biggest tuskers coming out of South Africa. We have taken several 50+, 60+ & 70+ pounders.

Lion – We have numerous places to hunt large male lions.

Leopard – We offer some of the best leopard hunting in South Africa and Zimbabwe. While our clients consistently take big toms out of Zimbabwe, we have had tremendous success in South Africa as well.

Rhino – This is a special hunt limited to only two clients each year, so book early.

Green Hunting – Conservation is important and you can take part in a program that will allow you to enjoy the thrill of a Big 5 hunt. We offer limited opportunities to dart Rhino, Cape Buffalo, & Lion. The darting of these animals takes place in accordance with Nature conservation and Veterinarian Specifications, ensuring the safety of the animal at all times.
