Booking Procedures

• Contact us with your hunting inquiries and for available hunting dates.
• Book your reservation.
• Bookings will be held only after applicable deposit is received.
• Once you have booked a safari, we can assist you in all your travel arrangements.

Terms of Business

• A deposit of 25% of the safari rate is required to confirm the booking. An additional 25% of the safari rate is due 60 days prior to the start of the safari.
• Any cancellation occurring prior to 60 days of the start of the safari, a 15% administration fee will be charged.
• Any cancellation occurring within 60 days of the start of the safari, no refund is applicable.
• All payments must be made in cash or traveler’s cheques.

Force Majeure

Meaning, acts of God, floods, tempest, explosion, fire, war, threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, government intervention, weather conditions or other untoward occurrences. In the event of Force Majeure, the company is entitled to vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement. Refunds in this case are solely at the discretion of the company, although all endeavors shall be made to refund where possible.

We recommend that you obtain the following types of insurance:

Loss of Personal Effects
Emergency Evacuation & Medical
Trip Cancellation
Damage or Loss of Trophies

Liability

While conducting extreme caution for your safety, Tshipise Safaris cannot accept responsibility for any illness or accident whatsoever, nor any expense arising from such illness or accident.
